Who is the controller of your personal data?<\/span><\/h3>

Invoitix ag informs the USER that he\/she has proceeded to create a profile on the Social Networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+. These pages and services are offered and operated by third parties. All of these pages have their own data protection provisions. These third parties or providers also use their own cookies, etc. When they interact with any invoitix ag account on any of the Social Networks, the user\u2019s data is automatically transmitted to these companies. In such cases, the data protection provisions of the third party or provider concerned expressly apply. Users must be aware that data is collected via these services and may also be passed on to other third parties. Invoitix ag has no influence over the collection of data or its further use by these Social Networks<\/strong> and has no knowledge of how much data they store, where they store it and how long, the extent to which they comply with duties to erase data, the analyses they make of the data, the links they make to the data and to whom they pass on the data.<\/p>

  2. Report on activities and events organised by invoitix ag<\/li>

  4. Interact through official profiles<\/li>

    Why can we process your personal data?<\/span><\/h3>

    Legal basis of the processing:<\/strong> article 6.1.a of the GDPR; the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile in the same Social Network and has decided to interact with invoitix ag\u2019s presence in that network, showing interest in the information published there. Therefore, at the time of requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER provides invoitix with their implicit consent for the processing of personal data stored in their profile on that Social Network. The USER can always access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    Invoitix ag has access and processes the USER\u2019s public information, especially their country and selected language. This data are only used within the Social Network and will only be incorporated into an invoitix ag\u2019s file when necessary to process the request of the USER or other purposes mentioned in this privacy policy.<\/span><\/div>

    Communication of data:<\/strong> invoitix ag may disclose your personal data to other local offices owned by invoitix ag, contracted service providers and advisors (\u201cthird parties\u201d) if it is necessary in order to fulfil requests from the USER. Contracted service providers can for example be hauliers, shipping lines, insurance companies, logistic platforms, banks, public authorities or IT-providers, providing IT-tools enabling our services.<\/span><\/div>

    Further, invoitix ag may disclose personal data processed in connection with the use of invoitix ag\u2019s social networks, your participation in events or receiving of commercial information from invoitix ag to hosting companies, marketing companies or other providers necessary to provide the services. In addition to, invoitix ag may disclose your information in order for invoitix ag to comply with legal obligations, to protect the rights, property and safety of invoitix ag or others, or in case of the sale\/merger\/liquidation of any part of invoitix ag\u2019s business or assets.<\/div>

    • Access the public information of the USER\u00b4s profile in the Social Network.<\/li>
    • Publication in the profile of the USER of relevant information already published in invoitix ag\u2019s social network.<\/li>
    • Sending personal and individual messages through the channels of the social network.<\/li>
    • Updates of the state of the page that will be published in the USER\u2019S profile.<\/li><\/ul>

      The USER can always control their connections, delete the contents that no longer interest them and define with whom they share their connections; to do so they must access their privacy settings within that Social Network.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      The USER, once he\/she is a follower or has joined invoitix ag\u2019s social network account, may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network. The USER, in all cases, must be the owner of the published content, have the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of affected third parties.<\/p>

      Any publication on the social network, be it texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that threaten or are likely to threaten morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, and\/or that infringe, violate or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to the image or the Law, is expressly prohibited. In these cases, invoitix ag reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER on the Social Network.<\/p>

      Invoitix ag shall not be held responsible for the contents freely published by a USER. The USER must keep in mind that their publications could be read or seen by other users, so that the USER is always responsible for his\/her own privacy. The images that can be published in the social network will not be stored in any file by invoitix ag, but they will remain in the social network.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      Access and registration through invoitix ag\u2019s social network accounts is prohibited to minors under the age of 18. On the other hand, if the USER is disabled, the intervention of the holder of their parental authority or guardianship or the intervention of their legal representative by means of a valid document that accredits the representation will be necessary to access or register on invoitix ag\u2019s social network accounts.<\/p>

      Invoitix ag will be expressly exonerated of any responsibility that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or disabled people.
