Predrag Dimitrijevic
Pending Team Leader & Country Manager Serbia
Predrag has more than 5 years of experience in Banking and Client Relations. He joined invoitix in 2020 and currently manages the Pending Review team in Serbia and acts as well as Country Manager for Serbia. Predrag holds a Bachelor´s degree in Economics from the University of Nis (Serbia).
Kristian Gadzhev
IT Project Manager & Country Manager - Spain
Kristian has been with Invoitix since its inception, contributing to the establishment of the company’s first branch office in Spain. He holds an MBA from the University of Barcelona and an MSi in Data Science and Big Data. As a certified professional in Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake, Kristian leads the development of the core application that supports the company’s daily operations. His role encompasses database management, data engineering, and the pursuit of innovative IT solutions to optimize business processes.
Marek Kuska
Global Sales Manager & Country Manager - Poland
Marek has extensive experience in sales, sales management as well as business development and project management. He holds a Master´s degree in Finance and Investment and has worked for top Polish commercial banks and leasing companies.
João Loureiro
Sales Manager - Spain and Portugal
Joao is Regional Sales Manager (Spain and Portugal). He holds Master’s in Engineering and Industrial Management from the University of Minho. Started a career at General Electrics, focusing on lean practices, converting production lines to cells. Joined Decathlon, overseeing transport team in Portugal and Galicia. Also contributed to transport management across the Iberian Peninsula.

Iulian has extensive experience in sales, business development and marketing, predominantly in sport related industries. Iulian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Academia de Studii Economice București (Romania).
Matija Turina
Country Manager - Czech Republic
Graduated in International Trade from the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka (Croatia), Matija has extensive experience in worldwide logistics and in managing multi-cultural teams. He speaks Croatian, Czech, and English as well as Italian, Spanish and Slovak.
Alexander Velchev
Country Manager - Bulgaria
Alexander is an experienced Sales Manager who previously held Country Manager positions at various companies. With Bachelor’s degrees in finance and law, Alexander also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Sheffield (UK).
Nikola Dasic
Global Legal Manager
Nikola is responsible for the legal coordination of invoitix’s growing cross-border business activity. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade (Serbia), and a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Economics, University of Bonn (Germany). Nikola passed the bar examination in Serbia in 2017 and worked as an attorney-at-law before joining invoitix.
Ivana Milojkovic
Global Marketing Manager
Ivana has over 17 years of experience in marketing on various positions, mainly in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) where she worked in the B2B business environment within Construction, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing industries. Ivana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts (Literature) from the University of Belgrade (Serbia), and a Master´s degree in Strategic Marketing from the Australian University of Wollongong.
Aleksandra Skorupan
Head of Controlling
Aleksandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade and is currently finishing Master’s degree in Marketing. She has more than 10 years of experience in diverse financial positions and she has gained an extensive insight within this field. She joined invoitix team in 2022 and is currently leading the controlling team as Head of Controlling.
Nikola Todorovic
Sales Manager - Serbia
With a degree in Economics and work experience in the areas of client relations, leadership and accounting, Nikola has held different positions at invoitix since the opening of its office in Serbia. After leading the Client Risk Management team for almost two years, he has been appointed Sales Manager for Serbia.
Robert Babos
ISO Project Manager
Robert, the ISO Project Manager, has vast international experience and holds a degree in Applied Modern Languages from the University of Babes-Bolyai (Romania). He is currently pursuing an IT degree in Networked Computer Systems and Databases Administration.
Tijana Cikaric
Payment Allocation Team Leader
Tijana is a member of invoitix since the company´s establishment in Serbia. She leads the Payment Allocation team and also deals with accounting matters. Tijana holds a Bachelor´s degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade (Serbia).
Kristina Madzarevic
Client Risk Team Leader
Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade (Serbia) and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Econometrics. With extensive experience in reporting and model automatization, she handles the risk issues related to clients.
Ionut Ajudeanu
Credit Risk Manager
Ionut has studied business administration and has expertise in sales, data analysis, risk management, and insurance compliance. Since joining invoitix in early 2022, Ionut has advanced to Credit Risk Manager, where he oversees credit risk assessments and implements strategies to balance risk and reward.
Currently expanding his skills in programming, Ionut is focused on integrating data-driven insights and technological solutions to enhance the company’s risk management framework and support its long-term financial growth.
Ivana Milic
Debt Collection Team Leader
Ivana previously worked in the hotel industry, where she gained experience in customer relations and accounting. She joined invoitix in 2021 as a member of the client risk management team and is currently managing the debt collection team in Serbia.
Nebojsa Stojkovic
Account Team Leader
Nebojsa has more than 5 years of experience in logistics, sales, organization of transport and communication with debtors and clients. Nebojsa holds a Bachelor´s degree in General Economy from Belgrade Business School.
Urs van Stiphout

Founder and CEO of invoitix, Urs has a vision to create unique and innovative fintech for the European logistics and trucking industry. Experienced lawyer, investment banker and entrepreneur. Urs holds BA in Business and BA in Law, both from University of Geneva, as well as MBA from INSEAD Business School.
Sandro Dorigo
Chairman
Sandro was co-founding Leonteq (formerly EFG Financial Products) in 2007. Leonteq is a Swiss fintech company with a leading marketplace for structured investment solutions which was listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange in 2012. Today he represents the Chairman of the board of directors of Leonteq’s entities in Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Prior Sandro stayed with Lehman Brothers from 2006 to 2007, where he built up the public Swiss securitised structured products business. He started his career at Bank Julius Baer in 1994. After the apprenticeship and working for the M&A department, he joined the financial products desk, building up the structured products platform. Sandro is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA), and holds a federal diploma as an expert in finance and investment from the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (AZEK). He represents the Chairman of the board of directors of invoitix ag since 2022.
Martin Busenhart

Martin is a partner with Walder Wyss law firm in Zurich and specializes in national and international tax matters. Prior to Walder Wyss he was working as tax specialist and tax partner with KPMG in Zurich and London. Martin holds a law degree from Zurich University and is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert. Member of invoitix ag board of directors since 2021.
Adam Gishen
Board member
Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Acquisition has over 20 years of experience in financial services. Adam served in several senior roles at Credit Suisse from 2015 to 2020, including Head of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing and Branding from 2019 to 2020 and Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications from 2017 to 2019. Prior to 2015, Adam was a Partner at Ondra Partners, a financial advisory firm and prior to that a Managing Director at Nomura in London. From 1999 to 2008 Adam specialized in the area of Equity Capital Markets at Lehman Brothers. Adam is an International Studies graduate from The University of Leeds.

Philippe represents authority in the Financial Services industry. He is member of Board of Directors of Leontaq, the leading company for investment and unit-linked insurance policies. Philippe holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Université de Rennes and a post-graduate degree in Finance and Capital Markets from Sciences Po Paris. Member of board of directors of invoitix ag since 2020.
