Steps to financing

Sign a Contract with invoitix
Start by establishing a partnership with invoitix to gain access to our secure digital platform.

Customer Verification
When you find a load—either on a freight exchange or from a shipper—check on the invoitix platform whether the customer is eligible for financing within 48 hours.

Submit Documentation
Upload the transport order or related documents from your forwarding/dispatching agency to the invoitix platform, along with proof that your subcontractor has successfully completed the transport and confirmation that you have already paid them.

Responsibility and Processing
It is your company—not your subcontractors—that holds responsibility towards Invoitix, as subcontractors have no contractual relationship with us. Invoitix will forward your invoice and transport documents to your customer, but will never take part in any commercial negotiations.

Invoitix does not share any information with your subcontractor about your cooperation with us. We work alongside you to ensure every invoice is processed quickly, securely, and professionally.
