Steps to financing

Reach an agreement with invoitix
The client determines which group of their suppliers they want to hand over to the factor for financing. This can be all or part of your transport supplier / carrier portfolio.

Invoitix contacts transport companies
Invoitix reaches out to the transport suppliers designated by the client (freight forwarder) and presents the factoring services along with the agreed payment terms and commissions. This step can also be handled by the client, depending on the agreement.

Contract signing and the first invoice submission
A contract is signed between the transport supplier and invoitix. The supplier submits the transport documentation to the invoitix platform and receives payment within 48 hours, instead of waiting for the standard due date.

Closing the financing process
Invoitix provides the client with information about the purchased invoices, amounts, and their due dates. The client pays the invoice to invoitix when the due date arrives or according to the agreed terms with invoitix.
